Job summary

Konecranes in Boston is seeking an Agreement Sales Representative to drive agreement-based services and new business opportunities in the regional market. This role offers a base salary with an uncapped commission structure and company vehicle, along with comprehensive benefits.

You will develop offers, manage CRM, support renewals, and collaborate with a team led by the Agreement Sales Manager. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience are preferred, plus a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in service-related sales; leadership experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business.
• Prepare offers for agreements and other opportunities; identify assets/data for agreements.
• Manage CRM funnel; keep records of visits, calls, meetings and quotes; report monthly progress.
• Support renewals per retention policy; refer opportunities to other sales resources as needed.
• Assist in miscellaneous customer relations or collections tasks as needed.
