Job summary

Konecranes, Inc. is seeking an Agreement Sales Representative for Boston, MA. The role focuses on meeting targets for agreement-based services and new business development, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a company vehicle.

You will develop offers, manage CRM, and drive renewals while coordinating with the sales team to expand our customer base. A strong background in service sales and a related degree is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ service-related sales experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with cranes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets for agreement-based services.
• Prepare sales offers for agreements and new business.
• Identify assets and data for agreement creation.
• Maintain CRM records and log visits and opportunities.
• Support agreement renewals per retention policy.
• Refer opportunities to other products via sales cases.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with District/Branch Manager.
• Achieve CRM funnel size targets.
