CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold our service standards. You will partner with the General Manager to drive labor planning, inventory control, and guest satisfaction, while mentoring Team Members to deliver exceptional experiences.

The AGM role requires flexible hours, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset to thrive in our fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and develop solutions to enhance restaurant performance.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of legal, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights and weekends; ability to travel if needed.
• Generous and friendly demeanor with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support GM with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding service standards and addressing concerns.
• Lead customer service initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with financial reporting, performance analysis, and improvement actions.
