Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive excellence in daily restaurant operations, leadership, and guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager to implement plans, manage labor, and ensure profitability while upholding our values of hospitality and collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and improve restaurant performance.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing daily restaurant operations and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise training, coaching, and performance feedback for Team Members.
• Support with staffing and scheduling; address team issues.
