Job summary

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts in New Orleans seeks an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our premier casual fine dining restaurants. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and coach FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team engagement while maintaining service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to coach both FOH and BOH teams.
• Experience in upscale casual or casual fine dining preferred.
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L, labor cost control).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team engagement.
• Maintain operational excellence in service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards.
