Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts seeks an experienced General Manager to lead LeBayou's restaurant and private event operations in New Orleans. You will drive daily restaurant performance while delivering exceptional banquet and private event experiences, developing teams, and upholding core values of commitment, integrity, generosity, and fun.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Banquet, catering, event, or hotel food and beverage leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Strong financial management including budgets, labor, costs, and profitability.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage restaurant operations and events.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant, banquet, and private event operations.
• Coach, develop, and hold front- and back-of-house teams accountable.
• Oversee weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
• Partner with culinary, sales, and event teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Own guest experience and address concerns and service recovery.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and other operational needs.
• Drive financial performance through sales, labor, costs, and profitability.
• Recruit and retain strong leaders and team members.
• Lead by example to create a positive, accountable culture.
