Job summary

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts in New Orleans is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our premier casual fine dining restaurants. You’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in restaurant management, a hands-on leadership style, and experience in upscale casual or fine dining. We offer competitive pay, bonus potential, weekly pay, benefits, and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on management style.
• Experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred.
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Working knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L management, labor cost control).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team engagement.
• Maintain operational excellence in service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards.
• Analyze financial reports and assist in driving profitability.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
