Job summary

Sedgwick County is seeking a Programs Manager to lead the Client Services team, overseeing adult 60+ services and related programs including MHR and Transition, Veterans Direct Care, and ACM. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and drive service outcomes in alignment with agency policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, partnership development, reporting accuracy, and timely billing and paperwork submissions across multiple programs to support housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, or Counseling.
• At least 1 year of case management experience in aging, disability or related social services.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services programs for adults 60+ and related coordination.
• Supervise staff, provide leadership, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and grant requirements.
• Manage contracts and partnerships for MHR, Transitions, Veterans Direct Care, ACM.
• Ensure timely billing, reporting, and paperwork submissions.
