Helping People Succeed is seeking a dynamic Director of Adult Services to lead Adult Day Training and Employment Services, ensuring person-centered, outcome-focused support that promotes independence and community integration.

The role oversees operations, contracts, compliance, staffing, budgets, and partnerships; you will mentor staff, participate in planning meetings, and drive program growth while maintaining high-quality services and strong fiscal stewardship.

Qualifikationen

• Four years of proven experience in a public vocational rehabilitation and/or workforce development setting with responsibilities in job coaching and placement.
• Master’s Degree in rehabilitation, counseling, social work, psychology, etc., with one year experience as described.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields with two years’ experience as described.
• Associate’s degree with three years’ experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction for Adult Day Training and Employment Services.
• Oversee daily program operations, including service delivery, staffing, scheduling, and documentation.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop department staff; coordinate with Human Resources.
• Support staff with guidance on participant needs, service delivery, and program concerns.
• Attend meetings to support service coordination and participant goals.
• Participate in Project SEARCH Advisory Council and partnerships.
• Ensure services are person-centered and outcome-focused.
• Oversee Employment Consultant activities and required documentation.
• Monitor caseloads, workloads, and financial indicators; ensure coverage.
• Develop relationships with employers, referral sources, and funding agencies.
• Develop and implement new programs and initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality, outcomes, audits, and contract monitoring; implement improvements.
• Prepare reports and budget analyses for leadership and funders.
