Job summary

Honor Community Health seeks a Director of Senior Services to lead geriatric-focused programs across multiple sites and community locations. You will shape strategy, oversee operations, and partner with community organizations to improve aging services and patient experience.

This role emphasizes human-centered design, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and workforce leadership to advance healthy aging and equitable access for older adults and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in gerontology, social work, public health, healthcare administration, human services, nonprofit management, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in aging services or related setting with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and evaluating programs for older adults and medically underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for geriatric-focused sites and programs.
• Lead planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of senior-focused service models.
• Establish workflows, partnerships, and infrastructure to support accessible, person-centered services.
• Ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship.
• Drive workforce leadership, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
