Job summary

Central Counties Services is seeking a LIDDA Manager-level Service Coordination Lead responsible for coordinating GR/CFC and TxHmL program workflows, assisting with coverage, and mentoring staff. You will review documentation for accuracy, support enrollment and service-monitoring activities, and escalate risks per contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work or related social services area.
• Preferred IDD service coordination experience, particularly with GR, CFC, TxHmL, or HCS programs.
• Experience mentoring or training staff, reviewing documentation, or performing quality review activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for routine GR/CFC and TxHmL program questions from service coordinators.
• Assist in coordinating daily work assignments, coverage, and workload priorities with the LIDDA Manager.
• Monitor caseload distribution, open work queues, renewals, enrollments, transfers, and other time-sensitive responsibilities.
• Identify barriers to meeting requirements and elevate risks to the LIDDA Manager.
• Provide TA regarding GR/CFC and TxHmL processes, including enrollment activities and service monitoring.
• Support service coordinators in addressing health, safety, rights, and continuity of care concerns.
• Review plans and records for completeness and timeliness; track errors and ensure corrections are completed.
