The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks a Human Services Planner/Evaluator III to lead data analysis, program evaluation, and performance measurement for statewide aging programs. The role drives performance dashboards, reporting, and decision support for Older Americans Act services and the Multisector Plan for Aging.

You will collaborate with Area Agencies on Aging and external partners, guiding internal teams on evaluation methods, and translating findings into

• Expert-level experience administering or analyzing large-scale performance reporting systems (OAAPS or similar).
• Proficient in interactive dashboards and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks and CPIs for multi-agency programs.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level reports and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of performance measures and reporting systems for statewide aging programs.
• Analyze complex datasets to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Maintain and enhance federal reporting systems and data processes (OAAPS).
• Develop dashboards and data infrastructure to support quality improvement.
• Produce clear recommendations, reports, and presentations for leadership and partners.
• Coordinate evaluation activities to track indicators and improvements for the Multisector Plan for Aging.
