Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of research principles, study design, and diverse data collection methods used to support program and policy development.
• Experience with supervising, mentoring, and coordinating the work of a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality evaluation and quality management deliverables.
• Advanced project management skills including planning, organizing, scheduling, and monitoring multiple complex assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mission‑driven team dedicated to strengthening quality and outcomes across North Carolina’s behavioral health and developmental disability service system.
• Guide people, projects, and analytical processes that drive statewide improvement.
• Manage a team of data analysts and supporting staff, coordinate complex evaluation and quality initiatives, and foster shared learning across the Division and statewide service network.
