Job summary

The Planning, Evaluation, and Performance Lead in the Division of Aging and Adult Services will be the division’s primary expert in data analysis, program evaluation, and performance measurement to support statewide aging programs. This role transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights for Older Americans Act services and related aging initiatives.

You will design and implement evaluation frameworks, performance measures, and reporting systems, and maintain federal reporting platforms

Qualifications

Master's degree in public or human service administration or related field with 3 years of human service experience or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree with 5 years progressive admin or consultative experience, 2 in human service planning.
Evaluator track requires a Master's in psychology, sociology, or social work with 3 years in research/evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of performance measures and reporting systems for statewide aging programs.
Analyze complex datasets to assess program effectiveness and inform planning decisions.
Maintain and enhance OAAPS-like federal reporting systems and data processes.
Develop dashboards and visualization tools to support continuous quality improvement.
Produce clear recommendations and executive-level reports for leadership and partners.
Coordinate evaluation activities for the Multisector Plan for Aging with cross-agency partners.
