Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional delivery squads and coach teams in agile practices. You will promote healthy flow, remove impediments, and ensure delivery visibility using standard metrics and RAID disciplines.

You will mentor product owners and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement and champion DevOps and automation to deliver customer value across technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Experience coaching agile practices and ceremonies.
• Ability to coach both technical and non-technical colleagues in agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles and self-organisation.
• Identify and remove impediments and support capacity and release planning.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide delivery dashboards and insights.
• Maintain delivery information and escalate blockers and decisions as needed.
• Promote DevOps, continuous delivery, automation and responsible AI-enabled tooling.
