Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional delivery squads. The role focuses on agile coaching, removing impediments, and maintaining a healthy flow of prioritized work to deliver value.

You will provide accurate delivery visibility using metrics and dashboards, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Experience coaching agile teams and stakeholders in delivery practices.
• Experience using delivery metrics to improve flow and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve flow and predictability.
• Provide delivery visibility through dashboards, metrics and RAID disciplines.
• Build relationships across technology and Maximus to enable effective planning.
