Job summary

This role focuses on collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will drive smooth delivery, manage dependencies, and promote DevOps and automated delivery practices across squads.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Experience coaching agile practices in large-scale delivery environments.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, improve flow and predictability.
• Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices.
