Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology delivery squads to work predictably and with high quality. You will coach squads in agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and provide visibility through metrics and dashboards.

You will build strong relationships across technology and the organisation to translate delivery challenges into actionable plans. You will mentor product owners and stakeholders, promote DevOps and automated delivery, and ensure

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certs desired.
SAFe or other scaled-delivery certs desirable.
Equivalent experience in technology/digital delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
Identify and remove delivery impediments, improve flow, coordinate cross-squad dependencies.
Mentor product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and problem-solving.
Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide meaningful dashboards to stakeholders.
Build relationships across technology and the organization, translating delivery challenges into business impact.
Promote DevOps, continuous delivery, automation and AI-enabled productivity practices.
Maintain delivery information in the platform and escalate blockers when needed.
