Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional delivery squads to achieve predictable value delivery. You will coach agile practices, remove impediments, and help ownership and collaboration across teams to improve flow, quality and resilience.

You will use delivery metrics and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders, promote DevOps and automation, and support robust planning and decision-making across the technology organisation.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
Experience coaching teams in agile practices, fostering self-organisation and accountability.
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach squads in agile principles and promote self-organisation.
Identify and remove delivery impediments, improve flow and predictability, support planning.
Mentor squad members and stakeholders in agile practices and problem solving.
Use delivery metrics to improve performance and provide dashboards for stakeholders.
Build relationships across technology and Maximus, translating delivery challenges to business impact.
Promote DevOps, continuous delivery, automation and responsible AI-enabled productivity.
Maintain delivery information as single source of truth and escalate risks as needed.
