Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive planning and execution of approved initiatives in a contract role in West Trenton, NJ. You will manage projects from inception to closeout, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with senior PMO staff.

The role requires strong technology comfort, inquisitiveness, problem-solving, and adaptability to a fast-changing environment, with oversight of Agile processes and release planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-year work experience in a team setting.
• Basic understanding of tooling such as Jira and Planview; proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Scaled Agile or Scrum Master experience/certifications preferred.
• Experience with project budgeting is preferred.
• Experience and understanding of P&C insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects from startup to closeout with input from senior PMO members.
• Demonstrate accountability toward project implementations and customer satisfaction.
• Apply Agile project management techniques and processes.
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables and commitments.
• Use project metrics in discussions and reporting to PMO leaders.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads for release and sprint planning.
• Provide day-to-day management of project teams and stakeholder communication.
• Identify risks and propose solutions with PMO leadership support.
• Prepare project status presentations for small audiences.
