Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager IV – Agile, Scrum to lead enterprise IT programs with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coach teams in Agile, drive KPIs, and develop strategic program plans.

The role requires a PM certification, 10+ years in Agile project management, and strong cross-functional collaboration with IT and business partners. Contract position based in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, business, or related field.
• Project Management certification required.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach individuals in Agile processes and tools.
• Provide status reporting on KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestones.
• Develop the program strategy and supporting business case and high-level project plans.
• Ensure integration of projects and adjust scope, timing, and budgets as needed.
• Enact Scrum values and practices, promoting servant leadership.
• Communicate program strategy and changes to IT leadership and business partners.
• Deliver all IT projects in the portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting requirements.
