Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Remove delivery roadblocks and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery processes and team performance.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, business, and compliance requirements.

Job Summary:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management / Delivery Management within IT.
• Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud, digital transformation, or application modernization projects.
• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
