• Drive the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Manage project scope, milestones, priorities, dependencies, risks, and impediments, ensuring timely escalation when required.
• Coordinate Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, development teams, and stakeholders to align objectives and delivery plans.
• Support the decomposition of Epics and Features into incremental deliverables, including AI/LLM initiatives.
• Track delivery performance through metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, and Sprint Goal success.
• Facilitate planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, status reviews, risk management, and dependency management.
• Provide clear, transparent project status, delivery forecasts, risks, and progress reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Promote Agile and continuous improvement practices to remove bottlenecks and improve delivery effectiveness.
