Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager III (Agile, Scrum) for a fully remote US-based contract role in Philadelphia area. You will own day-to-day delivery, maintain plans, track risks, dependencies and decisions, coordinate meetings, and drive open items to completion.

The role requires 7–10+ years of PM experience in Agile, a PM certification, and strong communication skills to work with IT leadership, business partners and stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in CS/Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7 to 10+ years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
• Project Management certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Experienced Scrum Master with agile leadership.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on PM or coordination experience; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must-have: project plan/timeline management, action/risk/dependency tracking, meeting coordination/documentation, stakeholder follow-up, clear communication.
• Experience in a large matrixed org and cross-functional initiatives preferred.
• HR project experience and familiarity with Smartsheet are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches individuals in Agile processes and tools.
• Provides status reporting on KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
• Develops the program strategy and enterprise-wide project plans.
• Ensures integration of projects and adjusts scope, timing and budgets.
• Enacts Scrum values and practices; acts as servant leader.
• Communicates strategy and changes to IT and business leaders.
• Delivers all IT projects on time, within budget, meeting requirements.
• Tracks milestones and advocates for adjustments as needed.
• Partners with senior leadership to identify IT opportunities for enterprise goals.
• Manages new technical service engineering programs to meet objectives.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules.
• Coordinates across multiple engineering teams as needed.
• Serves as conduit between deployment and engineering to improve deployment sustainability.
