Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a collaborative environment.
• Experience supporting technology or business-focused projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira or Planview.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Partner with business and technical teams for planning, execution, and delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Support Agile project management practices and work closely with technical leads and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and metrics.
• Identify project risks and challenges and help drive solutions and resolution paths.
• Build strong relationships across teams and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to leadership and stakeholders regarding project status and priorities.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and support multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
