Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in-house application development projects. The role blends Agile Project Management (60%) and Scrum Master responsibilities (40%), leading ceremonies, and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Project Management and Scrum Master roles, experience with both Waterfall and Agile SDLC, and proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and MS Project/Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading projects for in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira dashboards.
