Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in-house application development projects. The role blends Agile PM (60%) and Scrum Master duties (40%), leading ceremonies, managing Jira boards, and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Requirements include 5+ years in PM/SM, experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC, CS M certification, and strong collaboration with multiple business groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading projects for in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and moving parts.
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track project resources and ensure proper allocation.
• Support budget management and resource tracking.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work effectively with multiple business groups and stakeholders.
• Drive projects forward in environments with uncertainty and competing priorities.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards and dashboards.
• Track team metrics and sprint reporting.
• Remove roadblocks and coach teams on Agile principles
