Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in-house application development projects, balancing 60% PM and 40% Scrum Master duties. The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM/SM experience and proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, and MS Project/Smartsheet, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience
• Experience leading in-house application development teams
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Waterfall methods
• Ability to build/manage project plans and schedules

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates
• Track resources and budget; identify/risk manage dependencies
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards
