Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in-house application development projects. The role blends Agile project management (60%) with Scrum Master duties (40%), leading ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM/SM experience, Jira/SharePoint proficiency, and a solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver value with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading projects for in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of both: Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) Traditional Waterfall project management.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track project resources and ensure proper allocation.
• Support budget management and resource tracking.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work effectively with multiple business groups and stakeholders.
• Drive projects forward in environments with uncertainty and competing priorities.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
