Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to blend 60% Agile project management with 40% Scrum Master duties for in-house application development projects. The role requires leading ceremonies, managing Jira boards, and delivering executive-level updates.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of PM/SM experience
- Experience leading in-house application development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall
- Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules
- Experience managing multi-workstream and moving parts
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily standups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, Sprint retrospectives)
- Maintain and manage Jira boards and dashboards
- Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates
- Track team metrics and sprint reporting
- Remove roadblocks and support Agile best practices
- Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks
- Drive projects forward in environments with uncertainty and competing priorities
