Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead in-house application development projects with a split focus on Agile project management (60%) and Scrum Master duties (40%).

The role requires a strong background in both Scrum and Waterfall SDLCs, driving ceremonies, and delivering executive-level updates while managing Jira, SharePoint, and project schedules across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading in-house application development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and traditional Waterfall PM.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Daily standups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
• Maintain and manage Jira boards and dashboards; track team metrics and sprint reporting.
• Remove roadblocks and support Agile best practices.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks.
• Support budget management and resource tracking.
