Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead in-house application development projects. The role blends Agile project management (60%) with Scrum Master duties (40%), guiding teams through ceremonies, dashboards, and executive communications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM/SM experience, strong Agile and Waterfall knowledge, and proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and MS Project/Smartsheet. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading projects for in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Experience with multiple workstreams and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track project resources and ensure proper allocation.
• Support budget management and resource tracking.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive projects forward in environments with uncertainty and competing priorities.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily standups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
