Job summary

Argano, a digital consultancy, seeks a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead enterprise-level agile initiatives. You will guide teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in PM, 3+ years as Scrum Master, and strong Jira/Trello/Microsoft Project skills, with ERP/CRM project experience preferred. Collaboration and proactive risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience; 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile PM.
• Experience with software development/IT projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring they follow Agile principles and practices.
• Lead and manage either one or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW. Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and key dependencies.
• Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceeded.
• Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement quality control processes.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Highlight key milestones, issues, and risks.
