Job summary

Argano is seeking an EBS SCM and Manufacturing Delivery Architect in the United States to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects. You will capture requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, design processes, and oversee builds, integrations, testing, and go-live for manufacturing modules.

You will demonstrate deep expertise in Discrete Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Production Planning, ASCP, and BOM/WIP, collaborating with offshore teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required.
• 10–15 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing with Oracle methodology and functional design experience.
• Experience leading an entire project workstream for Oracle applications and collaborating with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing implementation covering discovery, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, build, integration testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Discrete, Shop Floor, Production Planning, Project Manufacturing, Quality, ASCP, Inventory, WIP, Routing, Make-to-Stock/Order).
• Create functional and design documents aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Solution Architect, SCM consultants, and offshore teams to complete full implementation.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on schedule.
