Job summary

Argano is seeking an EBS Architect to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing implementations for heavy equipment manufacturing. You will conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design to deliver valuable configurations and extensions.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and experience leading full lifecycle projects, including collaboration with offshore teams and SQL troubleshooting. This is a high-impact delivery position within Argano.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 10–15 years of Oracle EBS manufacturing experience in heavy equipment.
• Experience leading full implementation lifecycle projects.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience with offshore teams and SQL troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing implementation.
• Conduct discovery, fit-gap analysis, future-state design, and configuration decisions.
• Develop functional and design documents aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with PM, Solution Architect, offshore teams to complete implementations.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide support for Oracle EBS R12 environments.
