Job summary

Argano is seeking an EBS SCM and Manufacturing Functional Delivery Architect to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise, experience with ASCP, MRP/MPS, BOM, WIP, and related modules, and strong collaboration with offshore teams and clients throughout the lifecycle.

The candidate will design business processes, assess fit-gap, and guide solution configurations to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
10–15 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing with Oracle methodology
Experience leading an entire project workstream for Oracle applications
Strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders
Mentoring skills and ability to explain functional concepts
SQL experience to assist with troubleshooting
Experience with conversion, upgrade, implementation or enhancement projects
Cloud experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing implementation, including discovery, requirements, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design
Demonstrate deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (Discrete Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Production Planning, ASCP, Inventory, WIP, BOM, etc.)
Collaborate with PM, Solution Architect, SCM consultants, and offshore teams to complete the full implementation
Provide functional implementation and post-go-live support for Oracle EBS R12 environments
