Job summary

Argano is seeking a Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. You will drive project delivery from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning with client goals.

Responsibilities include planning, risk and budget management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring quality outcomes on time and within scope. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and execute project plans; establish staffing requirements and adjust as needed.
• Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions; drive completion by the team.
• Maintain project budget tracker and ensure the allocated budget is not exceeded.
• Assemble project teams and foster collaboration among team members.
