Job summary

Argano is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead mid-to-large scale enterprise IT projects using Agile Scrum. You will partner with stakeholders to plan, execute, and close projects on time, within scope and budget, while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The role demands strong communication, risk management, and ability to drive value through iterative delivery. Prior experience with Jira/Confluence and ERP/CRM platforms is preferred; PMP/CSM a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with IT/software development projects and ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Lead projects to completion on time, within scope and budget.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans.
• Maintain budget tracker and resources; manage risks throughout lifecycle.
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports highlighting milestones, issues, and risks.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and implement QC processes.
