Job summary

Argano seeks an EBS Financial Functional Delivery Architect to translate client needs into scalable Oracle EBS solutions. You will lead discovery, design, and configuration of GL, AP, AR, FA, and cash management, with a focus on best practices and value delivery.

You will collaborate with project managers, offshore teams, and stakeholders across finance domains to ensure timely delivery, quality documentation, and successful go-lives, while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience with Oracle methodology and implementation lifecycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementation lifecycle.
• Design and configure GL, AP, AR, FA, CO, and Cash Management.
• Collaborate with PMs, offshore teams, and executives to deliver value.
• Create functional/design documents and address issues proactively.
