Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Willing to pass additional customer suitability screenings.
• On-site work in Washington, DC is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years or Master’s with 6–10 years of related experience.
• Security+ certification or higher/equivalent is required.
• Experience as Scrum Master on software/technical teams and agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one large or several agile teams within a SAFe ART.
• Educate teams in Scrum or Kanban and remove impediments.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineer and Product Owners.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, demos, PI planning.
• Develop User Stories and ensure acceptance criteria alignment.
• Coach teams on agile and Scrum principles and drive continuous improvement.
