United Water Restoration Group, Mobile, AL is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive new commercial and residential restoration opportunities.

This role requires a hunter mentality: walk into businesses, cold call, network, build referral relationships, and relentlessly pursue opportunities to turn relationships into revenue. You will partner with operations to ensure opportunities become successful projects and represent the company professionally at events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales or business development.
• Comfort with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
• Highly competitive, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to open doors and build relationships from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-focused business development strategy (Mobile, Baldwin County, Pensacola/Escambia and surrounding Gulf Coast markets).
• Prospect aggressively for new commercial and residential accounts.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, cold calls, presentations, networking, and follow-up.
• Identify restoration opportunities before the competition and generate qualified leads.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic accounts and maintain contact with clients.
