United Water Restoration Group of Mobile, AL is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive growth across Mobile and surrounding Gulf Coast markets. You will outpace competitors by aggressively generating opportunities, networking, and closing deals with commercial and residential clients.

This role emphasizes field-based prospecting, relationship building, and a hunter mentality to convert opportunities into revenue, with uncapped commissions and strong earning

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, outside sales, or account acquisition.
• Comfort with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and self-motivated drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-focused business development strategy (Mobile, Baldwin County, Pensacola/Escambia and Gulf Coast).
• Prospect aggressively for new commercial and residential accounts.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurers, adjusters, agents, contractors, and referral partners.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, cold calls, presentations, networking, and follow-up.
• Identify restoration opportunities before the competition does.
• Generate qualified leads for water, fire, mold remediation, and reconstruction.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic accounts.
• Maintain contact with existing clients while pursuing new business.
• Track prospects, opportunities, appointments, and sales activity.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Work with operations and leadership to turn opportunities into projects.
• Ask for the business and close the deal.
