Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proven business development experience in the restoration industry.
• Established book of business and professional network.
• Existing relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture restoration leads.
• Develop long-term referral relationships to sustain revenue.
• Manage a defined territory and travel as needed.
