Job summary

Four Elements Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to bridge Marketing and Sales, generating new business in storm-impacted areas. You’ll conduct research, qualify leads, and set appointments for inspections, working with a fast-paced team in a growth-focused environment.

The role emphasizes aggressive outreach, relationship-building, and target achievement, with bonuses and potential growth opportunities within a recession-proof industry.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
• Familiarity with MS Excel (inputting and filtering data in spreadsheets).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns by performing research.
• Outbound Calling (minimum 150 calls a day) and setting up appointments for free inspections with potential customers in storm impacted areas.
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with the Sales Manager and designated Service Representative.
• Coordinating scheduled appointments with Service Representatives.
• Assist the team with different marketing campaign projects to generate new leads.
• Able to meet and surpass weekly sales targets; bonuses and extra incentives.
