Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is offering a full-time graduate program in Engineering & Operational Excellence. Participants will rotate through daily operations of aggregate production, gaining hands-on experience in Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, and Maintenance.

Graduating seniors in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management, or internal candidates with industry knowledge, are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
