Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on operations trainee to support plant and field teams in daily operations, inventory management, and scheduling. What You'll Be Doing

This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and around heavy equipment.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites and production facilities for extended periods.

Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.

Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling may be required.
