Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America offers a structured graduate program designed to apply your knowledge in mining, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or business management. You will participate in daily operations of aggregate production, learn mine planning, operations optimization, and quality control while mentored by experienced managers.

  • Graduating seniors with a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management OR current internal employees with basic industry knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.
  • Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.
