Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking graduates in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business Management to join a structured program in operations leadership. You will participate in a defined program, assist in daily aggregate production operations, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

You’ll engage in projects across Mine Planning, Operations, Quality Control, Sales, and maintenance, with hands-on mentorship.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.

  • Learn all aspects of managing a quarry or sand & gravel operation, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment, Safety, and more.



What Are We Looking For


  • Graduating seniors with a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management OR current internal employees with basic industry knowledge, pursuing leadership roles.

Physical Demands
