Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America invites graduating seniors to join a defined program where you can apply knowledge and education. You will assist in daily operations of our aggregate production, learn mine planning, operations optimization, quality control, sales, maintenance, and safety.

You will work with experienced managers, gain hands-on training, and have opportunities for career growth. Safety and environmental standards are a priority throughout the program.

• Graduating seniors with a degree in mining, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or business management.
• Current internal employees with industry knowledge pursuing leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.
• Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Engage in special projects that vary in scope and size, working alongside some of the industry’s best and brightest managers.
• Learn all aspects of managing a quarry or sand & gravel operation, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment, Safety, and more.
