Job summary

MomentIQ Inc. seeks an Agentic Development Manager to lead the Agentic Engineering team that powers MomentIQ and a large slice of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem.

You will orchestrate a 24/7 fleet of AI coding agents, turning roadmaps into shipped software faster than anyone else, reviewing agent work and removing blockers to push weekly improvements. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with 2+ years at senior/staff level shipping production systems.
• Demonstrable experience leading engineering work — managing a team, tech-leading a major platform, or running an autonomous agent pipeline at scale.
• Serious hands-on fluency with modern AI coding agents in a production setting.
• Experience designing systems for concurrency, reliability, and self-healing (queues, retries, observability, on-call).
• Bias toward shipping. Strong written communication — specs, issues, and docs that humans and agents both understand.

Responsibilities

• Own the platforms that power MomentIQ and a meaningful slice of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end and set architectural direction.
• Turn product roadmap and founder-level intent into specs, issues, and PRs that agents can execute; review outputs and unblock failures weekly.
• Build and maintain scaffolding for the agents so the system stays healthy and self-heals with minimal human intervention.
